Crater Lake Spectacular Views & Trails Bike Tour
Recommended by Tour Leader Rick
"The Crater Lake six-day tour is one of my favorites for many reasons, but first and foremost for its spectacular scenery. Set amid a landscape of volcanic mountains, Crater Lake is the deepest lake in the United States and at 7,000 feet of elevation is one of the highest large lakes. Formed in a collapsed volcanic crater, the setting is nothing short of extraordinary.
One of my favorite moments comes when we drive into Crater Lake National Park and guests catch their first glimpse of the lake — there's always a collective gasp in the van as everyone takes in its unforgettable beauty. We stay at the historic Crater Lake Lodge during our visit, and I can't imagine a more picturesque place to experience the park.
The trip is also fascinating from a geological perspective. Many people don't realize that this region of the United States was shaped by volcanic activity not so very long ago. We ride our bikes up McKenzie Pass, traveling directly through an ancient lava field, then continue past Mount Bachelor with views of numerous dormant volcanoes along the way. This ride is not for the faint of heart — or legs — with three days of challenging climbs (which explains why many guests now opt for e-bikes).
Beyond the riding, the tour includes plenty of fun and memorable experiences. We spend an afternoon exploring Bend, Oregon, enjoy an optional float on the Deschutes River through town, and spend two nights in the charming community of Sisters, Oregon. Overall, this trip delivers unforgettable scenery, rewarding challenges, and wonderful opportunities to explore — all with ample time to simply marvel at the beauty of the region."

Black Hills & Mickelson Trail Adventure Bike Tour
Recommended by Tour Leader Beth Ann
"This tour is packed with so much variety and adventure — it's impossible to pick just one favorite moment. What I love most is how every day brings something completely different, from the otherworldly landscape of Badlands National Park to the thrill of spotting bison on the wildlife loop, to cycling beneath the towering spires of Devils Tower. It's 170 miles of pure exploration through some of the most beautiful natural and man-made formations in the USA.
We begin with a stop at the famously quirky Wall Drug Store in Wall, South Dakota, before heading to Badlands National Park — a surreal landscape of buttes, canyons, pinnacles, and spires. We cycle 13 miles through the park's immense natural beauty, then settle in for a ranger talk and stargazing after dinner.
The next few days are a whirlwind of excitement as we visit Wind Cave National Park and ride the Custer State Game Park wildlife loop, where you're guaranteed to see roaming bison, the famous begging burros, pronghorn sheep, and prairie dogs. We visit Mount Rushmore, cycle the spectacular Needles Highway, and head to Wyoming to ride up to Devils Tower, which is a sacred site of the Native American People and America's first National Monument, featured in the movie Close Encounters of the Third Kind.
Our last two days are spent riding the Mickelson Trail. We visit the Crazy Horse Memorial and stop in the "Old West" towns of Deadwood City, Hill City, and Custer for lunch and dinner, souvenirs, and interactions with locals dressed in period costumes from the gold rush days."

Michigan Lakes & Trails Scenic Exploration Tour
Recommended by Tour Leader Eric
"I love this tour! There's something really special about biking alongside crystal blue water and having fun exploring the cute lake towns. The mix of bike paths and road riding makes it one of my favorites — it gets you to all the great spots.
One day we ride out to Old Mission Lighthouse Park where you really get a sense of why they call Traverse City the Cherry Capital of the World. Cherry orchards are everywhere, and the little farm stands are filled with fruit that is unbelievably fresh and delicious. On the peninsula, you also get to see the agricultural side of the region — from cherry and apple orchards to rolling hills of vineyards with the lake in the background. It looks like a painting. And to top the tour off, spending a night on Mackinac Island is so charming, with only bikes and horses. When we arrive on the island, there is plenty of time to explore in the afternoon, followed by a peaceful and beautiful morning ride the next day.
This tour hits it all: Sleeping Bear Dunes, epic sunsets and sunrises, mushroom houses, the Tunnel of Trees, Petoskey (we stay at the same hotel Hemingway did!), Mackinac Island, local wine and craft beer, Murdick's Fudge — and if fudge is not your thing, Moomer's and Kilwin's ice cream is absolutely amazing."

Vietnam Adventure Cultural Bike Tour & Angkor Wat Temple Pre-Trip
Recommended by Tour Leader Calista
"I had the pleasure of co-leading our Cambodia/Vietnam tour in 2025, and it more than exceeded my expectations. The itinerary offers a variety of rich cultural experiences that made me feel truly connected to the region. I learned so much throughout the trip, and our local guides were exceptional — warm, knowledgeable, and passionate. I honestly wouldn't have changed a thing.
The fascinating history, consistently great weather, and the outstanding local guides make this tour truly special. Every day felt meaningful, engaging, and beautifully balanced.
One thing guests might not expect — but absolutely love — is how genuinely friendly the locals are and how incredibly fresh and tasty the food is. The food was definitely a highlight for me.
This tour has the whole package: delicious food, kind people, breathtaking scenery, rich cultural immersion, and fantastic biking. It's a perfect blend of adventure, learning, and connection."
