This afternoon, collect your bike and begin your first ride through the Vietnamese countryside. Cycle beside scenic canals and through rural villages, learning about local agriculture along the way. Your day ends in Hoa Lu, Vietnam's ancient capital, where you'll visit historic temples dedicated to Emperors Dinh and Le before returning to Ninh Binh.

This morning, we fly to Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam's vibrant southern hub. Along the way, enjoy a traditional bahn mi before exploring some of the city's most significant landmarks, including the Reunification Palace, the former Presidential Palace and a symbol of Vietnam's modern history. You'll also visit Notre Dame Cathedral and the beautifully preserved Central Post Office, which has remained a city landmark since the 1880s.
After your city tour, settle into your hotel and enjoy dinner before spending the night in Ho Chi Minh City.
Leave the bustle of Ho Chi Minh City behind as you journey into the fertile Mekong Delta. From My Tho, hop on your bike and ride through peaceful villages, passing rice paddies, fruit orchards and local farms while experiencing a slower pace of life in southern Vietnam.
After your ride, board a riverboat for lunch and a cruise along the Mekong River. On the first day of the tour, our two pick-up locations are Noi Bai International Airport at 11am or the Apricot Hotel at 1pm. You are welcome to book your pre-tour stay at this hotel directly or any other hotel in Hanoi, though you must make your own way to one of the pick-up points at the pre-designated times.
Your tour ends with a drop-off at either the Tan Son Nhat International Airport any time or we can leave you at the last night’s hotel, Majestic Hotel, after breakfast.
Arrival: We recommend arriving in Hanoi at least the day before your tour starts. Many guests like to arrive a day or two early to accommodate potential flight delays and/or explore the city prior to your tour start.
Departure: Flying out on the last day of the tour , we recommend departing from Ho Chi Minh City after breakfast. Earlier flight times will require a separate transfer booked at your own expense.
