Updated April 3, 2020
Dear Discovery Bicycle Tours Guests,
Our team wants you to know we are thinking of you and are hoping you are staying safe and healthy during the COVID-19 crisis. This pandemic has hit hard for all of us in the travel industry.
We have currently suspended tour operations, and many guests have been contacting us about cancelled tours. Some have asked for refunds, but many have requested we hold their payments as a credit, and we are very grateful. We thank you for your patience as we address this emergency situation.
UPDATED OFFICE HOURS:
To promote social distancing and comply with Vermont's emergency order, Discovery Bicycle Tours has temporarily closed our office due to COVID-19. We are also furloughing all employees by April 10 and will have limited support available via phone and email.
Starting April 13, our office hours will be reduced. We will return phone messages as soon as possible, or you can email us at:
STAY CALM AND SAFE!
We want to reinforce the message from health experts to take care of yourself and your loved ones with basic steps like frequent hand washing and social distancing. We should all prepare for some unusual circumstances, but also remain calm.
GET OUT AND BIKE ...
Take care of yourself and stay strong and positive through this trying time. Perhaps you are doing some training to prepare for your next bike tour? Cycling is not only a fun way to stay in shape, but it may reduce stress and strengthen your immune system.
