Ready to book your tour? We’re super excited that you’ll be joining us for your bicycle tour! We’re here to help if you have any questions.
Signing up, your way
To reserve your tour or get more information:
- Contact us and one of our Adventure Consultants will get you signed up and answer any questions you may have.
- Email us at [email protected] about the tour you'd like to book and we'll be in touch to finalize the details with you
- Or book securely on our website from the tour page of the bike tour you'd like to book.
Once we receive your deposit and confirm your booking, you’ll receive an email confirmation along with all your trip details, including arrival and departure information, a recommended packing list, and travel insurance recommendations for peace of mind, so you can relax and look forward to your trip even more.
Flexibility and Choice
Choose your preferred payment option — no credit card fees, ever.
You can pay your deposit and final balance by credit card, with no credit card surcharges, or pay your final balance by check or bank/wire transfer. We accept all major credit cards in USD, CAD, EUR, GBP, AUD, and NZD.
Lifetime Deposit:
A deposit of $750 holds your reservation for most tours. For tours less than 4 days, the deposit is $500.
If you need to cancel for any reason, your deposit is valid for life and can be used on any future trip with any of our sister brands, Active Adventures, Austin Adventures or Discovery Bicycle Tours, or we will hold it as a credit for you until you’re ready.
Your Payments, Your Way:
1. Standard flexible payment: Final balance due 120 days before your tour, (90 days ahead for North America tours)
2. Pay in Full & Save 10%: Book with a non-refundable full payment and enjoy 10% off. Available only for trips departing 120+ days from your booking date
