Vermont > Stowe “Earn Your Brew” Midweek Tour – NEW!

4-DAY / 3-NIGHT BIKE TOUR

On this new tour we stay in the beautiful village of Stowe where you will find an incredible array of sophisticated shops and galleries, and where the immensely popular Green Mountain Inn treats us to a perfect blend of country ambiance and the modern comforts of an exceptional resort. Our riding is spectacular. We ride north along beautiful Randolph Road, (stopping for a short optional hike out to pristine Moss Glen Falls) and then to Morrisville. We weave our way along the Lamoille River and follow the Stowe Bike Path past Stowe Ski Area and then up and over Smuggler’s Notch (with an optional lift from the van!). We visit Jeffersonville and Johnson, home of the famous woolen mill and outlet, and take a beautiful loop that leads to Hyde Park, past Cady’s Falls and along Stage Road back to Stowe. Finally, Vermont’s craft beers are now world famous, and if you are just a casual sipper or connoisseur (or neither!), you will take special pleasure in this tour. Our rides take us to several small, limited production breweries such as Lost Nation, Rock Art, and The Alchemist (makers of Heady Topper), and one evening we will take a ride out to the von Trapp Brewery and Bierhall for a guided beer tasting and delightful dinner.
