This tour takes us through the beautiful French-speaking Eastern Townships of Quebec, and treats us to gorgeous vistas, pretty villages, spectacular easy-to-intermediate biking and excellent inns.

We begin our tour in Vermont, cycling past classic farms and covered bridges before entering the historic Canadian village of Frelighsburg where we begin to immerse ourselves in the culture and beauty of this unique area. We visit the Musee Missisquoi in Stanbridge East and the ancient twelve-sided Walbridge Barn in Mystic. We ride spectacular Chemin Gaspe, passing the beautiful equestrian facilities of the 1976 Olympiad. Much of our tour is along Quebec's "Routes des Vins" allowing us several opportunities to visit some of Canada's most celebrated vineyards, including L'Orpailleur and Domaine Les Brome. We ride along the dedicated bike paths of Quebec's famous Route Verte, paralleling the shore of Lac Boivin and the majestic Choiniere in Parke Yamaska.

Our tour includes one night at the luxurious Hotel Chateau Bromont, giving us the chance to discover the historic village of Bromont and its many shops, restaurants and the famous Musee de Chocolat. We also get a chance to explore the celebrated resort towns of Knowlton and Sutton whose main thoroughfares are lined with bistros, specialty shops and galleries. We end our tour by riding through the tiny mountain community of Abercorn before re-entering the United States in Richford and cycling the last few miles along a bike path and winding road into Montgomery Center.
